How do I create an account?

Just follow the "Create account" link in the header of our website, or visit: and complete the form.

Once you have created your account we'll approve it and you'll be able to place your order.

Do you offer drop shipping?

We do not offer drop shipping for wholesale orders. 

What wholesale terms do you offer?

Payment is required when your order is placed. We do not offer any payment terms such as net 30.

What's the ordering process?

Once you have created your account, we then approve it. Following approval you can browse our site and place an order.

  • Payment is required at the time of ordering
  • Payment can be made by credit card
  • You will receive an order confirmation via email shortly after placing your order
  • Orders are usually dispatched the following business day
  • When orders are dispatched we send you a shipping confirmation with which you can track your order

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Each product has a different MOQ. The MOQ is displayed on each product detail page.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping rates provided at checkout are estimates only. The rates are based on our rate cards with various couriers. In rare occasions the actual charge by the courier may be different to the calculated rate - we'll let you know if that's the case for your order. There are no surcharges on shipping, we aim to charge you the same rate as the courier charges us. 

Can I pay for express courier shipping for an urgent delivery?

Unfortunately express shipping is not available for wholesale orders. 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are usually shipped the following business day after placing your order. We ship our products from Sydney and Wollongong.  Shipping takes approximately 3 days to metro areas and 5 - 7 days to remote areas.  You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.

I have just received my order and the mats have a strong rubber smell, what can I do?

If you receive a mat order with a strong smell it is due to the mats being fresh from manufacturing. The smell is non toxic and natural rubber only, it fade over time. To speed up the process, open the boxes for each individual mat in an airy, dry space.
